Beware of the downside, sound quality and volume is not as good as standard earbuds or over the headphones. Overall, this is worth the trade-off considering I can't wear regular earbuds. Just set your expectations accordingly.

How is about mic quality? I mostly use it for calling around the office or my room. Hope that it's good for that point. Other than that, I also have issue with my otitis media symptom so most of the time I can not use the traditional Earbuds even airpods design. 😒
If you're a side sleeper, can not.
