It work 100% of the time for me. You just need to remember the sequence. I wish it was a one button press, but the sequence works if you hold it for the time listed.

But deep rich mono sound? That's unfortunate. In the early 70's we had a quadraphonic hifi system in our house, and we were kinda poor frankly. Ford Philco System IV, from either Sears or K-Mart. Now 50 years later, if we buy two separate units, and link them together (fingers crossed!), we can get stereo sound. ("Stereo Pairing" is listed in the "Additional details", note that it requires two units 'linked' together) And a couple posts before me, an owner reported that pairing two units only worked 50% of the time.
I'm interested or I wouldn't have posted, but the mono thing turned me back and I decided to mention it. I guess it might be the case that no one really cares or looks for such things anymore (stereo functionality), or I suppose mono Bluetooth standalone speaker amplification wouldn't be so popular.
