Something about this makes me question the quality for the price. I really hope I'm wrong. If anyone buys and receives it, please share your thoughts!

Will gladly pay the $1.81 more if the deal expires 😅

Lol, according to Keepa [imgur.com] they just keep dropping the list price instead of discounting. This looks like the lowest it's been.

Can I hook this up to my 4-wheeler and pull the kids around the farm?

We have recently received this cart, and indeed, if one desires a robust, heavy-duty apparatus capable of supporting up to 300 pounds, this is it; its dimensions are substantial, broad, and tall. The handle features a two-stage height adjustment achieved through auto-lock side-mounted push buttons, which the handle will spring back into upright position once released, and the entire structure bears considerable weight.
Consequently, for our purposes, it will predominantly remain stored in the garage-since it has considerable weight, folded up until we return home from grocery shopping. I am particularly impressed by the massive wheels, which glide effortlessly with remarkable ease. The cart also includes an oversized cargo net designed to secure items that might otherwise spill out through the top.
This formidable cart can accommodate all our usual heavy items, such as 20lb cat litter, 2 40lb water softener salt, half dozen of 2 liter bottles of soda, 2 gallons of milk, a 10lb sack of potatoes, and other substantial provisions we favor in some typical grocery store trips. No longer will I need to carry this weighty cargo up the long driveway, thereby sparing my already injured back.
Did I mention its substantial weight-the cardboard box it came in made it little hard to just pick up and get it off the front porch once delivered. This is certainly not something to be hastily pulled from the trunk and casually thrown onto the ground like a lightweight, flimsy toy from the 99 cent store—this is my only reservation. Nevertheless, it will not fall apart nor be easily tip over or blown away in the wind, thanks to its large monster truck wheels and big front wheel locks. Hope this helps with my impressions on this item.

Yes - the monster wheels are 3x the width of standard carts.
