There's currently a 2$ costco coupon that brings the price to $12.99 for twelve 2032 batteries. This nine count pack is $1.02 per battery while Costco's twelve pack is $1.08 per battery.

I thought everyone already knew, you have to boil them first.
However, Costco's are unlikely to be fake whereas Amazon's might be.
Yes. They combine inventory from themselves and sellers. The listed seller does not matter if Amazon is the one shipping it. Unless the seller is a third party and shipping it themselves, it's coming to you from a mixed bin at the Amazon warehouse.
