Similar experience. I was able to get this work only once. I think the combination that worked for me was -
1. Spotify subscription
2. Utility payment
3. Gym membership payment.
I am no longer paying for a gym membership. So I am trying to renew Costco membership a little earlier this time and see is this combination works.

I also don't think recurring means it has to be back to back from the same company because there is no way 3 monthly recurring payments can happen between 5/13/25 and 6/27/25 during the promotion period.
Good to know, not planning on wasting any of my time on it either now lol. It expires in like a week and doesn't seem worth the hassle.
