The coupons didn't appear to be targeted, but maybe they are. You should be able to check eligibility here [amazon.com] and here [amazon.com].

I just read the recent reviews and many are not positive.

I have ordered these bags since they were called Solimo. Not once I had had a leak. They do feel cheap but perform well. Best price I've seen in a long time.

I purchased these a while back, the 120 count for $11.**. No leaks. This is a much better deal for the 200 count at $14.**! Peace

Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to your selected address due to local laws or Amazon policy. Please change the shipping address.

I noticed NJ won't let me send trash bags there. I don't know why they've made that rule, but it's weird, for sure.

My local Costco is $18 for 200 count so this is a great deal. Buying a box even though I have plenty left

For months now, the Costco bags I've been using for years must have changed. With just a little weight in them, the edges of the bag come off the top of the can and the bag falls into the can. Are these similar? I'd love to find 13-gallon bags that don't have this problem.

I have these bags. 1 box has lasted me years so far. Only recently have I noticed easier tears.

They've been OK enough. I don't try to stuff them that will cause them to tear easier.

From my experience these are extra leak compared to Costco ones. No thanks.

Also they are slightly smaller so when the trash gets more than 3/4 full the bag slips off lid/lip of kitchen trash can. I'm going back to Costco ones.
