I have one and they are legit, one of the only non big brands that have a US based customer service center, they are really helpful, and they also donate powerstations to people that have medical conditions or are need one for emergencies but cant afford one, they are well built, ive run my house in a power outage, all essentials with the Mega 2 which has less overall than this one.

Nice price on a very decent unit. only Drawback is the lack of expansion batteries but this is designed for portability

Where are they located in US?

Brand has been around for a relatively fair amount of time and has a good reputation. Personally, I'd have no qualms about buying this brand and have read nothing but good things about the brand's units. This is a fantastic price. If I didn't already own way too many of these solar generators/battery banks, I'd be all over this deal. Thumbs up.

Oupes is a decent brand. Especially the Mega line.
These are their new budget line, the Exodus.
They have released an Exodus 600, 1200 and 1500.
The reviews hasn't been stella.
There are problems here and there.
Do some research before you jumped on this line.
Their Mega line is excellent though.

I've never used this brand, so I can't speak on the warranty or anything about it, but .30/watt is pretty good for a lifepo4 power station with these specs. The only comparable deal (by dollar per watt) was the expired deal on the Bluetti AC180 that was $350 for a 1152wh unit. This one is 45lbs though so it's a chunker to carry around the yard.

The Exodus 2400 basically has the same power storage as the Mega but 2 but in a slightly smaller overall form factor plus it's a full 10 pounds lighter. They do have slightly different feature sets but this is the newest model. The main advantage the Mega 2 has over the Exodus is it's ability for Oupes branded expansion batteries. If you don't plan on buying their expansion batteries, choosing this one is the obvious choice.

But in reality, 45lbs is light for 2,232Wh worth of power storage for these kind of batteries. For example, their Mega 2 at 2048Wh battery has about 200wh less power storage but is slightly bigger overall and weighs 10lbs more.
Another example/comparison would be the Bluetti AC180. Its only half the capacity of this but still weighs 35 lbs. (only 10lbs lighter) To get the same capacity , it would take 2 Bluetti AC180s but then you'd be at 70 lbs and have to lug 2 batteries around.

I forgot about that, and that really is a great feature, but only if you plan on using it. I think the vast majority of users wont be. That feature alone makes the Mega 2 the obvious choice if thats what you need it for, just most users wont ever use that feature, but your right. Its certainly something to consider.

This seems to be a new model. A while bunch of you tube videos on it was posted about a week ago.
Tested efficiency is about 86% for the inverter.

the atual capacity of these power station usually is 80-85% of the advertise size, so expect 1800-1900 Wh only
