To obtain an entry by mail, Participants must hand print their first and last name, residence address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, and Participant's signature to certify eligibility to participate in the program, consent to and compliance with these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable regulations, on a 3"x5" card, place the card in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed, and mail the envelope to "Monster Energy® Chance to Win Extreme Prizes Sweepstakes" c/o Orbit Fulfillment, PO Box 291944, Nashville, TN 37229
Eligibility: The "Monster Energy® Mayhem" promotion and the "Monster Energy® Chance to Win Extreme Prizes" sweepstakes (the "Promotion" and "Sweepstakes") is open to persons who are legal residents of, physically located in, and who have a mailing address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (the "Promotional Territory") and who are eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older at the time of account creation.
Timing: The Promotion begins at midnight beginning May 1, 2025, and ends at midnight ending August 31, 2025
