Last gen raider is awful. Loudest laptop I've ever used. And overheats. Literally just watching YouTube with silent mode the fans are LOUDER than the speakers. No way to reduce them further. There is a minimum in settings you can't override. And it's a screamer that barely keeps temps in check when gaming. Not to mention this is a raptor lake cpu with it's known issues of degrading over time. A refurb that's over $2k? No way...

Buying this expensive gear with only 6 months warranty is a big gamble, especially on a refurbished gaming laptop.
The internal screen is serviceable at best. They had to save money somewhere.

Most of them don't extend refurb warranties, only new ones.
