To be fair I still prefer the playseat challenger since I need to fold it up and store away when not using it. Nextlevel is not easy to dissemble into its most compact form, most likely it will be just sitting there, but if you have the space to lay it out all the time, go for it.
i have one of the fancier setups but also grabbed one of these. great if the GF wants to play at the same time or if i can't currently play in the room with the big setup in it
I wouldn't mind the lawn chair setup if it didn't also make me question how durable this is. I play Asphalt 9 and could see this breaking if I tried playing it like the car setups in arcades.

I sold my challenger and got this instead because it's a more solid platform if you have a beefier wheel setup, at least t300rs with larger diameter wheel and better pedals. Also comes with shift mount instead of having to buy separately. I like it but i only fold it up in my game room so it takes half the space, I never put away the whole thing. On carpet it is very stable, but a little harder to get in and out compared to Challenger

is it comfortable for big and tall? and can kids use it at the same time? i ended up going with a wheel stand pro which has worked great for me and my kids sitting on the couch.

I mean, it's not the greatest quality. It falls slightly above "mounting the wheel to your desk."
I don't think that's unreasonable. You should see small parts for my boat that run $100s of dollars for what looks like should cost $20
