Doom: The Dark Ages - Get the Butcher DOOM Slayer Skin and step into the blood-soaked boots of the DOOM Slayer on a journey to conquer Hell
- This cosmetic can be found in the main menu. Under Extras, select Slayer Skins to change your skin.
Doom: Eternal
- Get the Lux Slayer Special Edition Set, which includes the Lux Slayer skin, Lux Ballista Weapon skin, "Murder Magnate" icon, and "Fancy Pants" nameplate
- Get the Majestic Archvile Special Edition Set, which includes the Majestic Archvile skin, "Your Highness" nameplate, and "Monarchvile" icon
- Get the Nightmare Marauder Special Edition Set, which includes the Nightmare Marauder skin, "Night Terrors" nameplate, and "Sleep Paralysis" icon
- In the main menu, under Customize, select Slayer, Archvile, or Marauder to change your skins and weapons skins. You can also choose Profile to change your nameplate and icon
Fallout 76
- Get the Beelzebilly suit to give your daily adventures some demonic flair
- Get the Beelzebilly head and take on the appearance of a very unique Sheepsquatch
- This cosmetic can be found at any Armor Workbench in game (in the world or at a C.A.M.P.). Through the Craft option, you can craft the Outfit and Headwear directly and then put it on through the Apparel tab in the Pip-Boy.
- Get the Mr. Demonic backpack, which will hold your items and disturb anyone behind you
- This cosmetic can be found at any Armor Workbench in game (in the world or at a C.A.M.P.). Through the modify option, the backpack can be added to an already existing Small or Standard Backpack
