This is what I started with on my 60V journey and I've loved it. Powerful enough for a small/medium sized yard. I've used the 21" mower, hedge trimmer and now chainsaw and they get it done without issue (4+ years). I'd say the only annoying thing about batteries is when they overheat. They don't overheat on the tool, but you can't recharge them if they're hot. So I've had to throw them in the freezer a couple of times, to cool down enough to recharge and finish a particularly large job.

I'm buying for the second battery, too. I have the 60V chainsaw. The battery itself probably weighs nearly 5lbs, just for those wondering. It is fairly heavy.

This pairs well with the 60v mower at tractor supply....perfect if you're trying to upgrade. Not sure if 60v is a worthy upgrade from a 40v or if I should just take the leap into 80v?

I wish the chainsaws would go on sale. I have the corded pole saw one they did for $35 on eBay a while back...well I lent it to family and haven't seen it in 6 months 😅

Love my 60v greenworks tools, fwiw..Snowblower, blower, trimmer, weed whacker, and chain saw. Waiting on a cheaper mower and should be done.

Stay away from Greenworks. Horrible customer service and impossible to actually get a warranty claim.

Blower is on the lower side with 540 CFM. This can do alright, especially on a driveway or patio, but I upgraded to 800 CFM for doing a half acre of oak leaves.
Also, 4ah battery is pretty heavy, so swinging this around will get your arm tired after a while.

They have a 60v blower that is 800 CFM or more. Not this one, though

Not correct. I recently called them about an issue with a 6amp 60v battery charger. Greenworks CS took care of it on the spot. Fedexed a new one out the same day.

This string trimmer doesn't last. I have mine burned up while in use. It was replaced 3(!) times during the warranty period of 4 years. 2 of the replacement literally DOA right out of the box. They finally replaced it the third time with a Gen2 trimmer which has a bigger motor.
