This game is so overrated. Playing it now, seeing how dead the AI is. It's only saving grace is the eye candy graphics, and not even in all areas.

Having beat it a couple times, the game only has the main story and a handful of side missions that are worth going through. Otherwise, fully agree that the game is pretty dead, generic, and boring unless you mod it into oblivion. The graphics are honestly pretty subpar vs other titles and the LOD/pop-in is just awful even on Psycho/max settings with path tracing.

I just realized I've been incorrectly charged for sales tax on digital goods for the past few years :'(

Forgot to update my address from MI (which charges sales tax on digital goods).

Not sure if you can do this, but if you have steam credit, change the "shipping address" to a state that doesn't charge sales tax on digital goods (such as CA). Obviously if you are paying by CC, you have to use the state of your billing address.

I bought the premium steelbook version for XSX about 2 months after it released for only $10. Crazy to see the rollercoaster ride that this game's price has had.

For those saying the game is overrated, I disagree. People seem to have been expecting futuristic GTA but it's exactly the game I thought it would be so I was never disappointed. It's definitely not everyone's cup of tea and that's fine.

I just don't understand why people got the impression that it would be more than it is when the previews pretty much told us what to expect, which is why I wasn't disappointed.
