You definitely can get some free stuff and they have always paid me (unlike Peekage which gave me the run around for weeks so I'm done with them). I find that most of the stuff is stuff I would never buy in a million years like $9 pasta sauce or $5 organic sourdough pasta or $5 lightly sweet biscuits. But in the case of the pasta and sauce, it would replace the cheaper products I would buy anyway. Anything I don't like or won't use in a timely fashion, I just give away to co-workers. Definitely worth doing if you like getting free stuff.

I'd say it's probably the opposite in Cincinnati. I can find 80% of the products on the site. Many are at stores I don't regularly shop at like Whole Foods, Meijer, Fresh Market or Target, but if they are convenient when I'm out already, I'll pop in and grab the freebies. They used to send out more free coupons, that's the only ones I'll do anymore, unless it's something I would have purchased anyway. I had a heck of a time getting my last reimbursement, but was persistant in bugging them and they did pay.
