Licensed pesticide applicator here. First, that's illegal to apply Bifentherin with a fogger. Secondly, that also kills lots of beneficial insects, especially pollinators. Treat yourself with a repellant and let the beneficial and pollinators live.
If you have Wal Mart +, Wal Mart has a cash back offer: price of $5.35; Cash back of $1.50.
From my research, if you're spraying onto your yard to control mosquitos, then it's a fools errand. They hang out in your bushes and trees on the underside of the leaf. You need a fogger to get them good.

Ugh. I was so excited until I realized a hose is needed. Country apartment living with no access to a hose and a patio that is infested with mosquitos.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternative that works just as well but doesn't require a hose?

Please add YMMV. It's definitely not for all states. It worked for my NY address but not for Florida address.

Seemed to work when i used it last summer at a wisconsin property in a very lake/river/marsh heavy area. Probably cut them down 80-90%.

For hiking around in the woods though i have specific clothes treated with permethrin. If cutter doesnt worm id try a concentrate of that.

You should petition your management company to hire a mosquito guy to fog around the area. Get a bunch of neighbors to complain too to put pressure on them to do it. There is nothing you're going to be able to do at a single apartment level. These fogging treatments work by killing everything in a large radius of the area you want to protect because mosquitos only travel so far from where they're born. Spraying the area directly around your patio won't make a dent because it's not nearly large enough of an area.

You can try natural deterrents like peppermint oil spray around the area if you are ok with that scent. You could try some citronella plants spread around the patio as well but it's questionable how well that would work (they do smell nice though). Lastly, a fan. Mosquitos aren't good flyers. If you keep a strong fan pointed at you while outside on your patio it should keep them at bay.

Just buy some bifenthrin concentrate and it will last many many times longer than this stuff. You do need to get a sprayer too, but it's by far a better value.

This is a waste of time for mosquitos. For that purpose you should get BIFENTHRIN and a fogger attachment for your leaf blower.
can you provide more details? what/where to get bifenthrin and how to apply with fogger?
