A few more dollars, but I got this flashlight for my keychain that is just as small, 180 lumens, and can charge with USB-C.
I'm very impressed how far these tiny flashlights have come in 10 years. My previous light took one AAA, was only a couple of lumens, and was twice as large.
Personally I haven't had a desire for a keychain flashlight since phones implemented the feature like 20 years ago. Every phone I've had has a way to configure a quick shortcut to turn it on too, such as shake or double press power, etc.. without going through the UI.
