emailed them the screenshot for free mount along with my order #- haven't heard from them yet. Tried calling customer support - useless. The installer has already left message for wanting to come by and install the TV

Update on the "cancelled" soundbar. I haven't even had a chance to contact them yet but I'm now showing tracking information for that Soundbar to arrive today via FedEx, so it sounds like whatever happened they fixed internally and still came through.

When it says that it comes with wall mounting, does anyone have pics of how this has been done for yal in the past? Do they hide wires or just mount the TV, and the rest is up to you?

they have removed the free wall mount in the second of 4 promotions - all I see now is
Free professional wall mounting or stand set up. Valid through 6/1/25
I have saved the screenshot that showed free wall mount when I ordered.
is there any chance we will ever get that mount in stock and order it? There is no response to my multiple emails and phone calls to support.

Not sure if it's a glitch but when I add the soundbar to my order, the total comes out to $1,538.99. $1675.58 with tax. Also, I got 12% cb from Cap 1 shopping for the order. Will show screenshot when I get on the computer later.

I am seeing the same too - I called customer support - they won't refund the difference - they are asking me to return the item after delivery and reorder it - total idiots

maybe right in the beginning, but it sold out quickly. Support has given me a coupon to use if it comes back in stock, but they said "if". Ended up ordering an EchoGear off Amazon for the installers to use anyway
