I've never seen elevated cat bowls at Dollar Tree, and I shop there regularly and always check out the pet supplies. Elevated bowls have encouraged my super senior furfaces to eat more because it's more comfortable as well as less barfing after meals. Unfortunately these are plastic, and cats need stainless steel or ceramic bowls to reduce bacterial buildup on the bowls, as such buildup increases the instances of feline acne.
