Worst headphones I've ever owned. Always disconnects. 1 earbud always goes out. Just stay away from them.

Can confirm this, was super hyped about these when they first came out. They are truly a pain in the ass if you want to just throw some buds in and go work in the yard. I spend a majority of the time reconnecting them. Needs a firmware update bad.

These are the only buds that stay in my ears. I can go on a run and have no concerns. The Air Pod pro 2s I have fall out while sitting in my bed watching TV.

These come with three sizes of two different rubber rings and tips (six pieces, total) to customize the fit. I found them very snug and comfortable once the correct pieces were fitted. The system was easy and intuitive, and set it once.

I've had two pair of these and love them, though the mic is weak. Like other non-Apple devices, these need to be re-paired with my iPhone/Pad occasionally. The decent app helps here.

Good price, better than new warranty.

I am an audiophile and have a lot of headphones from hd800s to even Bose ultra and Sony xm5 and Bose have great customer service. I bought the ultra headphones last time it was on sale refurb and it's great. I would 100% buy refurb over new if it means I save a bit of money. If you don't want the ultra then get the xm5 from secondpity. I bought this to try them out and if they are not good then just return them lol

That's the QuietComfort Earbuds II, these "Ultra" ones are much more improved in that regard. Speaking from personal experience.

I've been waiting forever for this deal from ebay but after re reading reviews and seeing call quality is lacking, I'll pass. When the newest qc earbuds are better than this flagship earbuds, that's an issue

for all those that had problems, have you tried uninstalling the app from your phone? i've read some ppl have had issue resolve by uninstalling the app?
