Depends on the use case. I don't think people should look at trail mix as a "snacking" food, as it is calorie dense and usually high in sodium and sugar. I use this kind of trail mix occasionally when I'm doing a 50+ mile ride, as it checks most of the boxes for what I'm looking for as fuel.
