Its ok. You can get the 13 inch version at bestbuy for 700, so 200 dollar premium for a bigger screen.

unless you absolutely want to get a MacBook on cheap, otherwise the M4 version MBA 13" is $850 ($150 off), the 10 core GPU 512GB SSD is $1020, $180 off MSRP. the 15" base model is $1190 ($210 off MSRP) and 10 core GPU 512GB SSD is $1360 ($240 off MSRP). They all have 10 core CPU but basic one only has 8 core GPU, for extra 2 GPU core plus doubling the SSD for less than $200 is pretty good deal if I needed that storage. M4 is better than M3 but if you just want a Mac, M3 is cheaper

What would you suggest if I want to just do basic workloads and coding. I thought the screen was small but I typically can display it to two screens, Does that work fine with multiple tabs?
