This is the rain season, probably occasional 4-5 level hurricane as well Smilie Smilie Flights should be free or paid to passengers during the period.

Searched for flights to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) using the code and I get flights with layovers over 8 hours to, 13 hours back. No thanks!
