Yeah, was a no brainer at $700 but they said it was the compressor was damaged in route snd the installers should have caught it. Worked for a few days and freezer broke down. Costco is going to return it. and luckily I bought a $200 Midea freezer, before food went bad, from Costco since Costco nor Midea cover food spoilage
