Costco offers "buy now, pay later" options for online purchases through partnerships with Affirm and Klarna.
This allows members to pay for larger online purchases in installments instead of paying the full amount upfront.
Affirm:
Eligibility: Available for online purchases between $500 and $17,500.
Payment Options: Members can choose personalized monthly payment plans, with options ranging from 3 to 36 months.
Process: During checkout on Costco.com, select Affirm as the payment method and undergo a quick eligibility check.
Affirm Features: Transparent pricing, credit offers, and options for setting up automatic payments.
Note: Affirm is not available for in-store purchases.
Klarna:
Payment Options: Klarna offers "Pay in 4" where you split your purchase into four equal payments, with payments due every two weeks.
Process: Select Klarna as a payment option at checkout on Costco.com.
