This is a great deal for this shoe. I've ran full marathons in these shoes, and I have over 300 miles in my pair and they still look great even if the foam is starting to not feel as springy. I'm a 210 pound guy so it's definitely been through a lot.

Note that this is technically a stability shoe - I'm an occasional heel-striking neutral runner, and I tried a pair of stability shoes from saucony a while back and they were just not a good fit for me.

I have used saucony endorphin speeds (which were awesome) and online reviews compare the endorphin speed to this shoe, but the Tempus just has more stability.

If you're looking for a stability shoe, this will likely fit the bill.

I've recently been wearing gel kayanos, but only for walking. I've been saving money by purchasing from asics sales or prior models, but they haven't had great sales lately.

I'm not sure what is implied in a stability running shoe. Are these kinda similar, and ok for walking?

(Walking, as I've found the running shoes help me walk more with orthopedic damage in my ankle)

I got a pair for $55 on Sierra (long gone). Should have grabbed more. The toe box is indeed wide. You can see the upper bunched up at the front lacing point since my feet are not wide.
Stability but not clunky. Good jack of all trades.
