Better than some alternatives for breakfast, but this looks like a bar that just added "protein" to the name without any effort to make it a high protein item. For comparison, this is 8g protein at 220 calories, while actual protein focused products would be 20-40g protein for those calories, depending on the protein source.
Reasonable price for a snack bar, but avoid impulse buying it as a meaningful protein source

Unfortunately only a 15% coupon showing for me. I really like the Dark Choc and PB Banana Dark Choc flavors. Not exactly the health bars that Kind started off making but still better than most grab n go snacks. Thank you. I'll check back to see if the 30%off shows up.

It's higher than most. Not a true protein bar but also not 1-2g of protein like most other bars that claim to be healthy. These are perfect for getting protein into fussy kids.
