I am not sure the word "nutrition" belongs any where near this list of ingredients. But nice job splitting the sugar into 3 different types so it doesn't appear as the first ingredient
Organic Wheat Flour, Organic Palm Oil, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Organic Sugar, Organic Honey, Organic Eggs, Organic Soy Flour, Sea Salt, Soy Lecithin, Organic Rice Extract, Baking Soda. Contains Wheat, Soy, and Egg. May Contain Traces of Milk.
That's because these are used for endurance, not strength building.
These are basically Stroopwaffels (8ct for $4.50 at my grocery store). Awesome simple carbs for marathon training and tri training and I find them softer on my stomach than a lot of the gel-type stuff.

Yeah "nutrition" here is meant to mean "fuel". Unless you're participating in endurance athletics these definitely won't count as "nutritious". But if you are, then they can be a great alternative to gels and other drinks that for some can cause GI distress. I've never loved them since, as a cyclist, they get weirdly warm in a jersey pocket and kinda gag worthy. But, some people love them!

They do offer nutrition. Just they aren't overly nutritious.

Agreed. It's amazing that people think that any tiny molecule of sugar is somehow pure poison. I would recommend following people like Alan Aragon who actually know what they're talking about when it comes to science and nutrition.

This is as much a "health" food as as snickers bar.

It's not meant to be health food. It's fuel for endurance athletes. You don't want to eat a Snickers in the middle of a marathon. It'll be like a brick in your gut.
