Beware this is 40% SUGAR by weight. It made my glucose monitor go crazy, and one glance at the nutritional ingredients explained why. 54% carbs by weight..I'd stick to nuts only, not sugary fake yogurt + dried sweetened fruit.

Thank you for the warning, I was worried about how this would be for diabetics. I'm going to pass with this new knowledge.

I much prefer Wild Roots. This Amazon option is not awful but WR is next level. Was just on coupon and I buy the 5 limit every time
