I use it. I recommend it. Not a bad price point for five installs.
For price comparison, last December 12, 2024 NewEgg had Malwarebytes Premium (1-Year, 5-Devices) $19.99 with promo code SAVD29.

Notice how this shill doesn't tell you WHY he uses it... because these products are 100% un-necessary with anyone with an updated copy of Windows or Apple OS.

Are you talking about trying to get a refund for an existing subscription? I'm not trying to do that. Someone else replied (as well as me doing some more digging) that you can save the activation key until you are ready to redeem it.
that is what i've requested - i've already added it to my account on the guidance of their chatbot... we'll see what they say
their attitude is "oh, you bought it from somewhere else... to bad so sad'

Many years ago, I had a lifetime, and when I moved to Mac, I had to wrestle with them to let me use it, but they only granted me a year. Five devices for $22 is very good. The only better deal I had was a bundle with NordVPN a few years ago. My current M'bytes expires in July. I recall reading (perhaps I'm wrong) that codes were "stackable" and if for example, I enter a new code today, it won't take over until my current one expires in July. Can anyone advise if this is the case? Many thanks.

Right the way these worked before is that you added license codes to your account and you choose when to activate them. Very civilized. Is that no longer the case?

This is the most useless, un-necessary pieces of software. You NEVER need a product like this. Skip this garbage.

I would argue that people who make malware or viruses would target disabling Defender first since it's more than likely going to be the default. Having a second program won't hurt, and it could catch something that WD may not.
