edit: if you have a QR (steel skewer) bike, i.e. 99% of $700 and under bikes, no issues "plug and play".
If you have a modern thru axle bike, budget for a thru axle for trailer. few years go, only Burley was making them, and commanded $50+ for one. Amazon has $20-21 options now.
make sure you get the right pitch thread: all are M12, but there are 1.0, 1.5 and 1.75 pitched dropouts. most likely your existing axle has the pitch and width printing on it.

Their selector tool (or customer service) can help you find the right piece.
No mention of "echo" .. on Amazon "Joyrider" seems like a $400 model, not this basic model. A bit confused with the models.
So only difference being the stroller mode?

Summit Deluxe (red stroller) looks like the seats have a little better padding, though I don't see the ability to convert to a single center seat if that's a need.
So, yes, the major difference seems to be the stroller mode. A huge lack of 3rd party info (reviews, videos, etc) online on the Summit Deluxe, and it's weird that Schwinn lists this and only one other trailer on their website and they're both out of stock (discontinuing?). But if it's the same quality tier as Echo but with stroller mode, then it justifies the $100 I just dropped on it. Either would be an upgrade from my crappy InStep, and now that I have a second kiddo, the double stroller mode will come in handy.
Even though the total weight limits on double trailers tend to be 80-100lbs, almost all of them recommend a single kid be no more than 40-45 lbs, probably due to distributional issues or concentrated stress on one part. Most child bike seats also have 35-40lb limits.
According to CDC charts, the median 5 year old boy is about 40 lbs, so at that age, you're probably thinking about training them to ride their own bike anyway.
To the extent you want to continue to haul kids around on a bike beyond that, you'll probably want to consider cargo bikes, electric or not. Ones like bakfiets style can easily haul an adult in the seating area.
