Although this has four legs this one is on the lower end for stability. It uses the same legs as the E1, which means they're only two sections, and the frame isn't really wide enough. The more stable frames have three sections, a high overlap and a wider frame.

Not for this quality.

I got mine and put it together. Installed it on my old IKEA desktop. Install was not difficult but it did take some time.

This thing is an absolute tank, I have no idea what people are talking about when they say it is unstable.

It can accommodate a pretty long desktop as well.

My only complaint is that it doesn't go very low - only 28.7" at the lowest setting
