I hate Pepsi personally but in today's world, this isn't a bad price. That said, they stopped putting expiration dates on the cans. I drink diet and I've tasted the metal in the can. Also, who actually pays $10 a case? I literally don't know anyone who actually has spent more than $6.99 per. I wouldn't even go beyond $5 including tax and deposit.
Yeah, they used to be very BOGO, but a couple years ago more of the B2G1 started cropping up -- usually in soft drinks. This is a nice shift if you can get it.
We buy about 90% of our groceries there, and more than 2/3 of those are on BOGO. Otherwise, it's a pretty expensive store if you shop on regular prices. I can see why people like Walmart and Costco, but I'm happy playing the sale game.

Even with inflation, stores shouldn't be charging $5-8 for a 12 pack case!
