A nice little hack that works with Wendy's and the Burger King app, if you add an ingredient that costs something it counts toward the purchase requirement. So you could add extra cheese for 70 cents and get the sandwich for 71 cents.

Great order today @ $7.01

1 - Son of Baconator
1 - Free (was it 0.01?) Jr Bac Cheeseburger (think this was not supposed to have bacon)
1 - $4 Box w/ Jr Cheese, 4 piece nuggets, fries & drink.
2x - Two 2025 Frosty mini keychain things - they're small, but good for kids.

My location still has the "4 for 4" meal.

Combined that with this deal and got
-1 Junior Bacon Cheeseburger
-1 Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe
-4 spicy nuggets
-1 value fries
-1 small frosty

For $4.36 including tax. Hard to beat that deal.

However, after doing that yesterday, the $0.01 offer is now gone from my app today. So this appears to be one time use only. Unfortunate, I was planning on a few more days of Wendy's lunches.

That would be a neat trick but does not seem to work for me … use of the coupon requires adding a separate menu item to the order
