Good deal but be careful with Newegg, they being scamming customers, sending defecting products, denying refunds, etc.
I guess I got lucky with my package deal that I bought not too long ago. So far everything working good out of the box. Only had to update the bios to the latest to fix some blue screen.
I've had no recent issues with Newegg. Bought some ram and changed my mind the next day, refund with no issue. They also honored that price match thing they did in Xmas where if it went lower you got the difference. They automatically sent me back $1.12 cents.
Pretty sure this combo was $315 a few days ago with their flash sale.
There was an extra 15% combo bonus? If you added a fourth item. Who know if it will be back. If you have a case, $25 heatsink, and a powersupply this is a stunner of a deal. Sell your old stuff and jump to AM5.

They've improved a lot the last couple of years.
