Good for a paper weight.
Purchased one last sale.
It didn't even turn on, and that's with the battery fully charged.

I got one last go and it works well. Had a slow leaker that I could not id source, so this kept car tire to spec until repair w ease. Turn on had to hold power button 3 sec to initiate as seemed a design to prevent it getting a bump on from item movement in vehicle. Solid tool.

The battery being fully charged doesn't give it a better chance of turning on then if it was only say half charged. Try holding the power button down for a few seconds. If you paid 30 bucks for it and think that's a good paperweight, what do you think a bad paperweight costs? Get your money back or return it for a new one. You probably just got a defective one. It happens. 83% of its reviews are 4 star or higher.
