Good for you. I'll alert the Internet.
So you are knocking on Samsung tablets because you prefer iOS? Then why bother commenting here if you have no experience or inclination towards actually using it? I personally have the S9 Ultra that I use every day because it is great for media consumption. I understand a big tablet is not for everyone, but there are enough of us out here that appreciate the additional real estate.
What's make you use iPad and not the Samsung?

It's a pretty sick deal if you got a spare eligible device lying around. I'm conflicted between this size and the s10 plus. I want to be able to carry this to the couch and watch videos/study but worried the ultra is too large

i use my tablet all the time i have the s9 ultra tablet and yes it's larger but great large screen is good for books and reading, watching movies on the go. I have taken it on every air trip. Pairs with all the galaxy earbuds and poly noisecancelling headset with no issues. It's a great tablet. And for sitting on lab there are similar accessories that you can use to have it set in your lap like a laptop.

same, would love a s10 plus. I have a s7 plus and the size is perfect, am afraid to get the ultra and it gets too big

Magic Keyboard can hold the ipad with magnet in air, more portable/stable, more suitable to be used on bed. samsung can only be used when it's on a flat tableAnd I get more used to IOS

The Superdisplay app it's like $10 and works way better than the built in functionality. Definitely worth it

I use this everyday on my test for marking up construction plans and checking calculations. The extra wide display is good for displaying two pages side by side or one 11x17 page

I'm thinking about getting this in 512gb for sheet music. I have a junky A9 tablet to trade in that sits unused in a drawer. If I see the extra $50 discount I'll probably pull the trigger
