There's a reason for that. It's very well known that Samsung OLEDs have bad quality control. That's why larger Samsung OLEDs often go on sale for less than smaller LG OLEDs. They have more issues than LG and Sony.

Indeed. And I'm happy for my 83 G4 for ~$2500 after 15% discount from LG CS, 4% Amex cash back, and 40% rewards from C1 Shop app. I got about $2k points for gift cards from C1.
Used $200 of that $2k for eBay, got Bower's & Wilkins PX7 S2, which are superior to the Sony 1000xm5, Apple Air Pod Max, and Bose Quietcomfort Ultra, per consumer reports rankings.
Get em while you can guys.
