FYI, says ETL and UL certified on listing but on my physical product there are no such labeling.
Yes, the T-Mobile guy is lying to sell you their overpriced accessories. It doesn't matter if you're using USB-A to USB-C to charge, but you'll typically find USB-A to USB-C chargers are slower, generally related for 10w or less. There are non-standard USB-A chargers that can go up to 30w, but you're generally better off with a solid USB-C to USB-C charger.

USB-C PD 3.0 allows up to 100w charging, while 3.1 allows up to 240w. The device needs to support that level to charge at that rate, otherwise it will negotiate the fastest rate available from the charger that the device can handle.

Your S25+ supports a theoretical max of 45w, (in reality more like 42w) so a 45-65w charger should be all you'll need to achieve max charging rates. Charging at high speeds consistently CAN lead to reduced battery life over long term usage, but it's not a dramatic reduction, typically. I personally just wireless charge 99% of the time, with 10-15w charging, and rarely feel i need to fast charge my phone since it last at least 24 hours with regular usage. (S24+)

it's little bit diff than last one, the cord lengths is 10ft vs 6ft. i dunno how many times i wished I had extra 4ft of cord lengths, so I am usually impartial to such options

Does anyone know if this actually supports up to 240v for international travel? I have seen mixed reviews on these types of devices stating that they say they support up to 240v in the writeup, but the device says 125v on the bottom.

Don't hate on me with this question...yes, I am ignorant.
Just got a new Galaxy 25+. The T-Mobile guy insisted I buy a charge from them (one is not included which is strange to me). He said I can damage the battery if I don't use the right charger. I felt he is full of it. I came home and looked up chargers like this and the phone. It seems like it should be a 25 or 45 watt charger. But does it matter other than the speed it charges??? Does it matter if it is USBC to USBC? Does the cable matter if it is a new one already? Do I need more stuff?
Call me dumb or whatever but I am just not sure.

From the Amazon page: "Universal Compatibility Works with 120V-240V voltage, ideal for international travel and daily use."

On the other side (assuming the above it true) is not a voltage converter so your device also needs to tolerate 240v.
Personally I'm a little wary of the device only having 2 reviews....

I'd agree completely with OrangeJulius. To add to the high speed charging reducing battery life; your S25 has a setting called "battery protection" (smart charging) if that is a concern. I have the same phone (not the + version though). Not sure how much of a real world problem this is, now a days that is a common feature on laptops, tablets, and phones, but somehow we survived the prior few decades with dumb charging. Perhaps it protects the battery long term, who knows how much though. I'd personally rather always have a full battery today and worry about my battery life 2-3 years from now...when i probably won't even own the phone anymore.

Happy to help! I hate when salespeople try to sell overpriced products, and prey on fear of the unknown to do so.

These topics can be really confusing and even for someone like me whose been in IT for two decades, I constantly have to check up on the new standards.
