These are pretty cool. Only reason I won't buy it is because 3 years ago I was part of a hour long study for this brand and they stiffed me on payment.
I have this. Hardly use it. If you are a professional, and need to remove lots of tiny screws, this may be for you. I remove tiny screws only a few times a year. I pull out my ifixit kit and manually remove the screws. The bits are S2 steel, the ifixit are solid Cr-Mo and better bits. If you need replacement bits, they are standard 4 mm bits, I havent found a place that sells solid Cr-Mo except ifixit. Amazon and others are Cr-Mo coated S2 bits.
never heard of the brand but a slim electric screwdriver looks kinda cool... anyone got any local (lowes/HD) alternatives? When I search I only see the usual big screwdriver / drill suspects
Fanttik is one of the more popular brands of home air-pump solutions.
This is a precision screwdriver for smartphones and gadgets. The WX242 is for 1/4 inch bit fieldwork, not deskwork.
The WX242 is also 50$ now, not 30$.
The clutch and power is the equivalent of a small powerdrill. This has no clutch and relies on precision stall torque to prevent overdriving.
I bought this same exact model and brand, useful for pc repair. Torque isn't amazing though but that's what muscles are for. Wish it had a lock on the bit insert instead of just magnets, other than that it's good enough.
Been using Fantic E1 Max for about a year now for small electronic work. Love the design very unique. Been using electric screwdrivers for over a decade and these are my favorite so far
The screwdriver on this is alright for most light duty stuff, even though it has only two torque settings. But Fanttik's real win is in their form factor; the bits, driver and tools pack away in a slim, springloaded box, they come out with ease, the driver handles like a fountain pen. All those little touches have me reaching for it over my other precision tool sets, just because it's a little more fun. Big plus to have in your go-to drawer. (edited for stats)

I bought two different sets from this company and sadly they are not great if you travel a lot. Putting them in my backpack between work site visits I often find the driver ejected from the case and bits on the bottom of my bag. The ejection method just doesn't work for being in a backpack.

SKIL Twist 2.0 is awesome what a great power screwdriver
It is one of the best on the market in that handheld screwdriver size category, but this one is not in that same category... This one is much smaller, I mean, just look at the sizes of the bits. It's for taking small electronics apart, and can probably also remove the screws for a wall outlet plate, but that's about it.
I have an off brand version of one of these, looks near identical, and it's great for repetitive small parts. Don't expect it to take a lug nut off your car or anything, but in the right application its very useful. I use it a lot working with 3D printed parts that I have to screw together, after putting in heat inserts. Works perfect for that.

I had this screwdriver for a few minutes, I tried using it and found it very underpowered even for small jobs so I packed it up and sent it back to Amazon. For the cheaper price it's maybe a better deal but it's not great.

I also use a similar one for working on 3D printers and other electronics. For these small screws, the torque is sufficient. Don't underestimate the gear's reduction ratio.
