Not a real air fryer. Just a toaster oven with a side fan. This style just makes baking in a toaster oven take longer.

Correct. Those plastic bowl type suck. The best ones have an electric stove style burner with the fan directly behind, and a metal oven body with mesh or wire racks. I've tried 7 different types over the years and can verify.
