Sounds like 12 months of Personal would convert to around 9 months of Family, given you already have Microsoft 365 Family and not direct upgrade (direct upgrade ~ 85% conversion)
Heck of a deal for 18 months of msft family plan.
My guess is no, based on past 1-3 month game pass offers I was ineligible for. Microsoft isn't altruistic enough to give away free memberships to paying subscribers. They're a tool to hook new subscribers 😄
I used to see the best deals at Newegg later in the summer, probably to entice back to school shoppers. But I don't know if that'll happen again.
EDIT: If you don't care about the XBOX add-on specifically, Newegg has far better deals on their combo packs right now. Not as good as what they sometimes offer but better than this one.
