This is an awesome deal, half what I bought mine for 5 years ago. I use it to sand the final coat of mud for drywall. Much faster than by hand but not for the weak, you need some serious muscle to use this tool. That's pretty much why this one is cheap, it's heavy. The expensive professional ones use more expensive parts and materials to shed weight.

Keep in mind you should connect this to a shop vac or it's gonna get so dusty you won't be able to see. Then also keep in mind if you don't have a filter bag for your shop vac, that the vac filter will clog every minute and be useless. Even then, it's still gonna be dusty. I open two windows, put a box fan exhausting one, and make sure to mask up. Drywall is miserable but at least your done sooner with this thing.
