When I attempted to use my EPP discount, you could not select the open-box item from the webpage and if you already had the open-box item in your cart it would remove and add a new Q990D for the EPP price of ~$830.

New is not opened box. Open box is already opened by someone and returned. Lol
Dont expect miracles from this. 800 sq ft isnt large but your 17ft ceilings will be too big a hurdle for these "atmos" speakers. This is better than just a soundbar but it wont beat even a mediocre reciever/5.1 speaker setup
