Edit: I didn't have the same luck. Also I got the exact same rep I talked to an hour ago who said he couldn't do anything. Sick. Gonna have to figure out how I'm gonna camp out at my door all day tomorrow waiting on this stupid shit.

For me over chat they keep saying 2-4 hours. Looks like they are delaying deliberately or to many requests to process or they haven't totally made up their minds or consulting legal. If I don't hear before delivery day then might try to refuse delivery
I got the same message. Called both SAMSUNG and UPS and neither side knows what's going on. They both are saying they can't cancel and cannot see this "process of being returned message" lol
I just went through 3 chat agents who said they cannot modify UPS delivery or return to sender. One offered to price match still (lol), and another offered a $135 discount.
"This package may be in the process of being returned. No delivery changes can be submitted."
Seems like a glitch because they just dropped off package no problem. I wasn't even home. So if you want to refuse delivery, a note might be necessary. I let things just play out to see where it would go. I have 5 days to refuse delivery by returning it to UPS Store near me. Plenty of time for Samsung support to get back to me. I'm doubtful but it's already been dropped off so I might as well see what happens.
