Update: called beforehand local pcr said cancelled. I called Samsung and had them speak to the rep .. apparently pcr got an email to fulfill orders for customer satisfaction.. they told me to come in. I went in and they told me cancelled again but after some discussions they fulfilled and gave me a brand new box. Just got home with it… hope this helps anyone dealing with pcr
Please don't come here for profit and try to leave some for others.

Wow, the CSR lottery truly knows no bounds, does it. Calling back until I get a rep that can do it. Just curious, who is the carrier delivering your soundbar and when is the projected delivery date? For me its UPS, delivering tomorrow the 6th.

UPS, scheduled delivery was June 10 . It looks like whatever he did already is in process of recalling the package

Yeah, your case is looking a bit different to mine where delivery to my residence is imminent (tomorrow). I highly doubt I'll have the same luck.

Edit: I didn't have the same luck. Also I got the exact same rep I talked to an hour ago who said he couldn't do anything. Sick. Gonna have to figure out how I'm gonna camp out at my door all day tomorrow waiting on this stupid shit.

Can you share what you asked for them to do here (i.e. did you ask specifically for 'return to sender' or 'refuse delivery' etc.)? My delivery is also the 10th and I'd like to try this route with whatever you had success with.

I played dumb and just said I have in writing that they would price match if i placed a new order and to call back when it shipped and that i just received an email this morning saying they couldn't price match due to the promo issue. He checked the case notes and said the first rep gave me wrong information and he would cancel the delivery. I didnt really do anything special tbh.

For those of you who are unable to have the delivery cancelled like myself, the Samsung rep I spoke to suggested to leave a note taped to my front door for UPS saying that I am denying delivery of the soundbar. I guess that is going to be easier than camping out at my front door, which will be impossible for me to do. Gonna grab my sharpie and write a note in big bold letters that the UPS delivery person won't miss.

And once again, screw Samsung.

if you have UPS, have you try to create an account with them, then download the app ? i were able to ask the carrier to keep the package at the UPS location, pre-sign package or direct them away without problem.

Email support got back saying they submitted the pricematch request and it could take 24-48 hours but UPS package is out for delivery. I want to give it a shot but the chances are pretty slim. I have a note for UPS to refuse delivery on my door right now.

For me over chat they keep saying 2-4 hours. Looks like they are delaying deliberately or to many requests to process or they haven't totally made up their minds or consulting legal. If I don't hear before delivery day then might try to refuse delivery

I got the same message. Called both SAMSUNG and UPS and neither side knows what's going on. They both are saying they can't cancel and cannot see this "process of being returned message" lol

Someone else mentioned this happening too. Is it possible they'd send all these out only to then recall them?

I just went through 3 chat agents who said they cannot modify UPS delivery or return to sender. One offered to price match still (lol), and another offered a $135 discount.

"This package may be in the process of being returned. No delivery changes can be submitted."

Seems like a glitch because they just dropped off package no problem. I wasn't even home. So if you want to refuse delivery, a note might be necessary. I let things just play out to see where it would go. I have 5 days to refuse delivery by returning it to UPS Store near me. Plenty of time for Samsung support to get back to me. I'm doubtful but it's already been dropped off so I might as well see what happens.
