Routine pricing for a low-end mini-pc of this type (8 GB/256 GB) these days. Nothing out of of the ordinary (in terms of price). There's basically nothing to see here. The brand is also mediocre in terms of quality, reliability and support (as with many of these obscure, cheaply made, cookie-cutter mini-pc's) and (if that's not enough) has a history of issues with pre-installed malware (acknowledged by the company). Stay away!....sorry, OP!

maybe for now but a few months ago I picked up one for $100. not this brand but this is not a deal. especially the drives are sata and slow also. these are good for server nodes. you can avoid the potential issue by reinstalling os yourself and say use Titus script to remove the real spying which is microsoft.

I definitely prefer the Aoostar N150 over this one for $135:
https://www.amazon.com/AOOSTAR-Up...ref=sr_1_3
The Aoostar has 12gb DDR5, and a fully functional USB-C port and have yet to have a dock that it doesn't work fully on (power, video, data- single cable into this machine is fantastic). The BIOS is quite robust as well, letting me up the wattage to 25w if I wish (mine's at 20w, stays below 80c). Connected it to my guest network and let it check in to MS to activate, then wiped it and reinstalled Win11 Pro using Tiny11 and activated with no issue.

This pc NEVER actually sells for $180....if it does it has a $20 off coupon and a 20% off coupon. Recently 16mb versions with 512gb ssd's have gone for the same price. I OWN this machine(with 16gb and upgraded ssd) and telling you although it works fine you can find better for around $10 more if you just wait a bit and put a deal alert on "mini pc".\

As others have mentioned you should reinstall windows or install linux to prevent any issues. If you install linux you will need a kernel of at LEAST 6.2 to get the hardware encoding/decoding for the cpu. Debian bookworm is still on 6.1 so I installed the 6.12 kernel on my Dietpi Mini PC (dietpi for x86 is based on debian bookworm but has a lighter footprint and an additional package management system that removes all unneeded dependencies when you uninstall a package so you can KEEP it a light footprint.)

good luck on getting ANY support from them. Being a computer guru, you may think you dont need any but within 10mo, mine was throwing kernel panics that pointed to a power rail instability. I wiped and reinstalled the OS wih the same result and still had unidentified hardware in the device manager as I was unable to find the correct drivers needed (which SHOULD have been available from Acemagic)
