Almost bought until I realized these are Lightning cables, not USB-C on both ends — coffee hadn't kicked in yet

I know, I know, says so right in the title

haha thanks! I almost bought either, though 2 bucks for a 20w charger w/out cable is still good enough

I'd pass based on this review
I didn't like the chargers because when I plug them up it had sparks coming through the plugs which make them don't charge fast and it don't charge the phone smh I'm very disappointed ☹️

Honestly, I know it says ETL rated but I couldn't justify using a $2 wall plug to charge my electronics. Just feels like a fire hazard waiting to happen.

Same I'm all for a good deal but in this case hard pass . Not worth saving a few bucks just to possibly have a house fire or fry your electronics

I'd be extremely surprised if a plug like this has burned down a house. Building codes exist as safeguards for electrical fires. If you live in a fairly modern home and haven't circumvented code then the probability of your home burning down is low. I'd be more concerned with my Apple devices being damaged by a poorly designed block. Apple puts in safety measures to protect devices however when a device goes down, I wonder if it's more due to bad chargers and cables than due to devices just wearing out or "your battery just went bad".
