An almost identical monitor (39GS96QB-B.AUS) was just on sale for $799 (with at least $70 in promos). Same panel as this one. Only difference is it didn't have the WebOS (not sure why that would matter to anyone using it on a PC), didn't have USB-C PD, and had one fewer DP port. Hard to imagine in what scenario those features are worth $400+
Curved monitors give me nausea. Does anyone know why? Ultrawide monitors seem to be good for developing neck discomfort.
I have opposite issue with neck pain on dual monitor setups because I have to turn my head. These curved ones I just shift my eyes. Now this particular monitor is way too aggressive of a curve for my liking, but I'm also using them for office work not gaming.
