Are you certain you entered the correct email associated with your Dell account? You might have another Dell membership that you created to take advantage of single-use coupons or promotions but forgot about.

I also recall selecting to have Dell send me an email confirmation on the final page of the sweepstakes enrollment process. I used the Edge browser—my preferred choice since uBlock Origin works fully with Edge, has Copilot AI and seems to perform much better on Windows systems when compared to Chrome IMO.

You should see the 2,500 points in your Dell Rewards Balance page [dell.com] (Log into your account before clicking the link) if you were indeed informed that you won and provided a valid email associated with your account. Good luck...

Meh. Giving away $25 doesn't come close to their jacking up prices on most of their Dell branded accessories and doing away most of the 3rd party ones. With some exceptions.
