Not only is the Intel LGA1700 dead (you won't be able to upgrade to a better CPU in the future without replacing the mobo), I wouldn't trust 13/14th gen intel with the oxidation and degradation issues. Yes intel claims it's fixed, but they've bumbled this whole thing. Time will tell how bad it actually is.
100% go AMD in my opinion. This is coming from someone who has a 12th gen intel chip.

If you are gaming at 1440p and 9800x3d is not much better. 9800x3d has some fried chip issues tho.

It's an excellent pre-built. I couldn't have built it myself for that price (especially when I factor in what my time is worth).
