the basic visible is complete trash. can't tell you how many times i was at home depot, costco, or even outside in a strip mall parking lot and unable to get any data
I had that issue when I had a 4G only phone. Now that I have 5G I have really good service in that same area. Not sure if that is what was causing your bad experience. I am not defending Visible
it looks like the plus plan enables 5G UWB, I'm guessing that's it
I'm inclined to say priority doesn't matter as much if you're not getting reception in the first place

Verizon signal inside any kind of building where I am is complete garbage. I really wish it wasn't, as I'd dump Tmobile in a heartbeat.

I have the Visible plan for $20/month and it's great. My wife has the Visible plus plan and I can't tell the difference.

I have Visible from the iPhone 13 deal last year. Love it especially if you can combine with the $15 off FiOS. Planning to jump to Mint once my plan expires in November as these prepaid carriers usually offer amazing deals around the holidays. You just have to switch carriers about once a year between Visible, TW, and Mint.

are you able to keep your number everytime you switch?

You have two options:

1) Local Number Portability (LNP [wikipedia.org]) is required by law to allow you to switch carriers. Most people prefer this method.

2) You could port your "main" number to Google Voice and change the forwarding number as you change providers and phone numbers. If you want to leverage RCS or iMessage, this isn't as smooth a process as I don't think GV supports either (although it's been quite a while since I've messed with texting on my GV number since I've moved out of the Android ecosystem).

Totally depends where you are. There's a lake my son and I fish at in the middle of nowhere. On Visible I barely have any service there. When I was on Mint last summer I always got 4 bars and 5g.

The best deal was the Visible Basic 15 dollars a month 5 years deal in September last year

I'm currently using that plan and I'm very satisfied

Bought the $450 annual plan when it came out a month ago... horrible experience on iPhone 16 pro max and apple watch ultra 2... would completely lose data service at times, cannot call to get support, must do a chat and wait in line... awful. They did refund my money after I had already ported out and went back to tmobile postpaid. You get what you pay for.

I hopped on that deal last year for $15 off for 3 years. It works on the new plans and I'm currently paying $20 for the plus plan. I have no issues with Visible so far.
